Dr.Manmohan Singh, India’s efficient leader ever

June 28, 2008 – 8:11 pm

Dr.Manmohan Singh has been undoubtedly, one of the Premier Administrator, independent India ever had. His role as the Finance Minister, in the Narasimha Rao government in 1991 was unarguably the key factor of the economic position, India now is in.

Communist Parties, as it meant to be always, tend to have a ‘NO’ towards USA.  But in this case, its better to have a rethink. The reply from CPM-CPI leaders are mainly to know the contents of the detail document, the Prime Minister is supposed to sign at the IAEA. Its already told that all contents cannot be revealed to everyone in the country as it’s an international policy to no let everyone in the world know about it.

If someone look into Left, ruled states, this is very visible, they initially tend to oppose new technology or any new development. But they will be forced eventually to accept the same road, a bit later. BJP on it’s part are playing the politics on its card, eyeing the fall of government, though they too wish to have this deal done. May be in their government tenure. Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam, the former President has too raised the need of this nuclear deal.

All the parties are playing their own cards, as Dr.Manmohan Singh, is not a good politician for Indian standards. He’s been a non currupt, highly educated & respected person all over the world. It’s high time , we believe, that his visions bring good future for India. It’s important at this stage ,to meet the growing needs of energy, the nuclear deal is a must. Time is up for everyone in the country to standup and support Dr.Manmohan Singh.

Questions for Rajesh Talwar & Nupur Talwar.

June 26, 2008 – 6:02 pm

Arushi - Hemraj murder case has been all the way a mystery for common man to investigators. There should be a lot of questions to be asked to suspects and people related with the victims. Yet, the all the queries can be adumbrated, as easy as, WHO,HOW,WHEN&WHY. There were four persons, who claim to be present in the crime site. Two of them dead, and the other two, the parents, Rajesh & Nupur Talwars.

WHO ?

- It is possible, the parents may not know the murderer or murderer(s), if they were not present in the house during the time of murder.

- It is possible, parents might be in deep sleep despite noises and screams due A/c noises.(as proved by CBI & Forensic experts)

- Parents might be drugged or sedated either by the murderer(s) or the victim(s) itself.

- Parent(s) might be involved in the plan to eliminate the victim(s).

HOW ?

Autopsy, Forensic results are almost there to seek a better answer for this question. Though there were different versions from the Noida Police and CBI. But the answer is clear now, Arushi has been  done with a deadly blow, followed by slitting the neck with knife or kukri. The CBI has been following this question quite a long way along with Krishna, to find no substantial results.

This question on parents Rajesh Talwar & Nupur Talwar neither yielded any results. Apparently

- It is possible, if they have not witnessed the crime, they might not know how the victims has been done with.

- It is very much possible the parents will not inflict so many injuries to the face of the only daughter, on way between life and death.

- Parents may not own or keep the weapons, even if they are part of the plot.

- Ofcourse, if murderer(s) are professional , they may not leave the weapons to anyone else’s knowledge or custody.

WHEN ?

This appears the most unambiguous question for everyone including the CBI and Noida Police, though there were initial media reports that the murders could have been taken place before 22 hours. All scientific and general and circumstantial evidences suggest the timing to be somewhere between 1 A.M and 2 A.M. Nupur Talwar said to be entered Arushi’s room about 11 P.M. to turn ON modem suggests, Arushi was alive at that point of time.

This question might have been barely asked to the parents, as there were enough clues to know the truth.

- It is possible, while Nupur entered Arushi’s room at 11 PM, Arushi might have been already murdered.

- Nupur might have not entered entered at 11 P.M., could be Rajesh or someone else.

WHY ?

The most critical and the easily answerable question for Rajesh Talwar is WHY? Answer to this question, can be termed as motive and is the most technical and substantial lead to solve any mystery.  This question, is the easiest of the lot for the parents to answer, if they are to co-operate with the investigators to book the culprits.

- It is possible, if the parents are unaware of the happening on the murder night, they could give out clues about anyone having hatred or vengeance with Arushi or Hemraj. (One clue Rajesh Talwar brought is Hemraj’s link with some mortgage group)

- If parents could not answer WHO?, HOW? and WHEN?, it can be concluded that they were innocent of the crime, but still they will be able to provide so many clues to nail the killers.

- It is possible, though parents know the answer to WHY?, if they are scared of someone or something hidden.

- Rajesh & Nupur Talwar could also cannot answer WHY?, if someone’s ( Family, Arushi, Relatives ) pride & honor is affected by the answer.

Aarushi Murder - Motive assumption is the key

June 25, 2008 – 7:48 pm

In any crime investigation, knowing the motive of the act will simplify a lot of work , even though ’who’ remains a question. The biggest missing factor in this investigation, is nothing different. No one could establish a reasonable and believable motive for the murders of Hemraj & Arushi. Noida police claimed affairs of Aarushi with Hemraj & Dr.Talwar with Dr.Anita Durrani. Compounder Krishna claims Durrani’s domestic help Rajkumar’s crush on Aarushi. Few sections of the media claims other illegal affairs of parents.

Brutality as the word implies is the untentional use of excessive force, usually physical , but potentially also in the form of verbal attacks and psychological intimidation. The forensic and autopsy results, if are to be believed points to the ultimate fact, that the murder of Arushi and Hemraj is not of accidental in nature. Police initially claimed that it’s a handiwork of Butcher or Doctor. It’s an assumption, that could have been arrived by the analysis of the injuries, inflicted upon the victims. This assumption requires a furthur analysis and can be shaped well, to establish a corner of the motive. The murderer or murderers did not wanted the victims to have an easy death. Forensic results reveal, Arushi did succumb to death in about 30 minutes from the first deadly blow on the head. During or after this half hour her neck was slit. There were also stab wounds around her neck, which means, the murderer(s) waited in her room to watch her die and the stabs might have been to make sure she is dead.  To think in a different way, the murderer or murderer(s) should have been a person with vengeance, a saddist, a drug addict or all of the above. Hence, it can be  assumed, with all means this is a definite contract killing or handiwork of person(s) with criminal history. Unfortunately, the suspects under the CBI scanner, Krishna & Dr.Talwar does not fall into the above category. In this case, the best way forward to identify the clues about motive is to quiz Rajesh Talwar,Nupur Talwar and all close relatives and school friends of Arushi. The detention of Krishna, the compounder of Dr.Rajesh Talwar, is out of the hope to find the murder weapons or a strategy to confuse the real suspects. If we buy the contract killing theory, there is very little can Krishna offer, perhaps in cleaning arushi’s bedroom or destroying crime scene evidences.

Real suspects of this case are  around the Talwar family,  Talwar’s professional friends and Talwar’s friends circle. To get to all these areas, easiest way is Nupur Talwar and of course Rajesh Talwar. There seems to be the problem with all these scientific tests, that does not have any impact on the unasked questions. Mayhap, the lighthearted person should be first identified, out of the persons closer to the Talwars, for the scientific tests like lie-detector and psychological to have a substantial outcome.
